How long will my order take to arrive?

It depends on the service you choose. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2 - 5 working days but we also offer Express and International delivery. Please visit our delivery page for more information.

 

Can I include a gift note with my order?

Yes, there's an option to do this during checkout. Your message will be printed on the dispatch note included with the order and prices are not printed on the dispatch note.

 

I've changed my mind and want to return my order

Unless your order has arrived damaged or we have made a mistake we are not able to refund purchases of personlised stationery.  However in certain circumstances, depending on the product and the way it is made, we may be able to disassemble it and make changes for you. In the event that you need a change to your stationery please get in touch via one of the methods above and we will try to help.

 

My order has arrived damaged or you've sent the wrong items, what should I do?

Please contact us via one of the methods above. Depending on the size of the order we will either arrange collection or ask you to post the goods back to us. We will replace your order or give you a full refund within 7 days of reciept. Any costs incurred in sending goods back to us will also be refunded in full.

 

I want something a bit different to what is available on your site, is that possible?

Please get in touch. Not everything is possible but we understand that personalised stationery is personal so please don't hesitate to ask if you have a specific request.

 

My order has arrived and you have made a mistake, what should I do?

Please contact us via one of the methods above and we'll sort it out as quickly as possible. We put a lot of time and care into your orders and try our very best not to make mistakes, but If we do we will give you a full refund or replace the stationery free of charge.

 

I've made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible. If we haven't printed your order yet we can easily make a change for you. In the event that your order has already been printed we will do our best to help. Depending on the product and the way it is made we may be able to disassemble it and make changes for you.

 

I want to sell your products in my shop, do you have wholesale prices?

As all of our products are personalised unfortunately we are unable to sell to trade.

 

I want to place a large order for a corporate event, can I have a discount?
